Second Sunday of the Month Volunteering
Days: Second Sunday of the month
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Where: LEAF Urban Farm

Update: Our Second Saturdays have moved to Second Sundays of the month starting 2026.
On weekends students and adults focus on team projects that help sustain and grow our gardens.

Corporate Volunteering
Join us at the LEAF Urban Farm for a meaningful
day that engages your team, builds connection,
and supports a healthier planet. Projects may
include harvesting produce for donation, planting
and propagation, building key infrastructure like benches and raised beds, or getting creative by making signs or art for our gardening and educational spaces.
You'll learn about regenerative agriculture:
a farming approach that restores soil health,
conserves water, increases biodiversity, and strengthens local ecosystems. ​
Volunteer Address & Parking
Access to the LEAF Urban Farm and our parking lot has moved from Mowry Avenue to Mission Boulevard. To enter, head to 38339 Mission Blvd, approach from the Niles direction, and turn right into LEAF just before the Bay Auto Exchange used car dealership. Exact coordinates here.​

Fruit Gleaning
Are trees on your property producing more fruit than you can possibly eat?
​
Consider harvesting your fruit and donating it to our local food banks through our Fruit Tree Gleaning program.
​
Drop off your donations at the LEAF Urban Farm on Monday or Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Please limit your items to fresh and unblemished fruit. Imperfect fruit is good too.
